Shipment processing time
Orders are typically processed & shipped on the same day if placed before 3:00pm Eastern time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, with the exception of Saturday delivery for some locations. Orders placed after 3:00 Eastern time on Friday will not be processed until the next business day (Typically Monday).
While we do our best to deliver expeditiously, shipments may be delayed at peak and busy times for reasons out of our control. While most orders arrive in 4-5 business days.

Because we offer very fast shipping & processing with our fulfillment network, once orders are placed within our systems they cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel your order after purchasing but before you receive your goods, please wait for delivery and contact us to arrange a return after your product arrives to you.
Shipment confirma tion & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This will include Tracking information that you can use to track your shipment. Once an order is placed, it can not longer be cancelled. If you wish to request a refund after your purchase please contact email@example.com to discuss return options.
